Safety and environmental protection

The marking tape is pre processed and formed in the workshop, with neat edges of the marking. During construction, there is no need for heating, just clean the ground, apply glue directly, and it can be opened to traffic after construction, shortening the construction time; During the cleaning process, manual or special tools can be used for pulling and peeling. The production and construction processes are free from pollution such as open flames, smoke, dust, noise, and wastewater, ensuring safety and environmental protection.

Good reflective effect

The base material and surface of the marking strip are added with high reflective materials, and the reverse reflection coefficient can reach over 900 cd/(lx. m), which is much higher than the current reverse reflection coefficient of hot-melt coating marking (200-300 cd/(lx. m)). Under night and rainy weather conditions, the reflective effect of this marking strip is obvious, and its visibility is significantly better than that of hot-melt coating marking. It can reduce or avoid traffic accidents and greatly improve driving safety.

Good wear resistance, slip resistance, and compression resistance

The friction coefficient of prefabricated pavement marking tape is between 0.6 and 0.8, and the actual weight loss under standard conditions is only 50-53mg. According to GB/T1768, the weight loss does not exceed 60mg. Compared with the weight loss value of hot-melt marking tape coating (which is not more than 80mg according to national standards), the weight loss value is 25-27%, and the wear resistance is higher; The skid resistance and pressure resistance (with a pressure resistance of 23.5MPa) are both better than those of hot-melt marking tape.

Good weather resistance

The base material of the marking tape is mainly made of our company's own polymer resin, which is processed through multiple processes by adding flexible materials. The flexibility, water and alkali resistance of the material synchronize the expansion rate of the marking tape with the road surface, effectively solving the problem of cracking of domestic road markings due to weather conditions. And the color is basically not affected by sunlight, and the color is stable and long-lasting.

High bonding strength

The bottom adhesive used for the construction of this marking tape is independently developed and configured by our company, with high bonding strength and good effect. The measured bonding strength at three operating temperatures of 10 °/24 °/46 ° meets or exceeds the requirements of the GBTT1720 national standard.

Long service life

Due to the wear-resistant and compressive properties of the marking material, the reflective effect is long-lasting, and its lifespan is longer than that of hot-melt coating markings, up to 3-7 years.
