CPVC fire protection pipeline system
CPVC fire pipes are a revolutionary new product in the Chinese fire pipe industry that replaces steel with plastic. They have been approved in the revisions of GB 50084-2017 "Code for Design of Automatic Sprinkler Fire Extinguishing Systems" and GB50261-2017 "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Automatic Sprinkler Fire Extinguishing Systems" on May 27, 2017. Compared to traditional fire steel pipes, CPVC fire pipes are sourced from environmentally friendly materials and have undergone significant changes in the installation process. They do not require electricity, save labor, and time, and have the following six unique performance advantages.
Excellent fire resistance performance

When in continuous contact with flames, the surface turns black and forms a char layer.
The carbonization layer reduces the combustion rate and effectively prevents the transfer of heat to the inner wall of the pipeline.
High pressure performance
Under the condition of meeting the service life of 50 years, the pipeline system bears a pressure of 1.2Mpa and meets the high working pressure requirements of automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing systems.
The pressure value at 50 years is determined based on a long-term hydrostatic test lasting 100000 hours.
According to the GB5135.19-2010 standard, the test pressure value is 6.0MPa, which is 5 times the higher working pressure requirement of the system.
The bursting pressure of the specimen is 10.4MPa.
Excellent corrosion resistance performance
CPVC products have strong corrosion resistance to acid, alkali, salt, and hydrocarbon products due to their high krypton content. Experimental results have shown that long-term use of CPVC fire pipes does not result in microbial erosion of MIC. No scaling (scaling seriously affects the hydraulic performance of pipeline systems, eliminating the huge risk of clogging nozzles with scaling debris). No corrosion phenomenon (both inside and outside will not be corroded, eliminating the risk of water leakage and nozzle blockage caused by corrosion).

Through pipeline flattening experiments, impact tests have shown that the carrying pressure and carrying impact force of CPVC fire pipes are not inferior to those of steel pipes.
